Zeva PAYE +

Zeva PAYE+ is an alternative to PAYE directly through your agency. Your agency agree an hourly rate with us, that includes all our Fees, Insurance, your Holiday Pay and Employers National Insurance. We then agree an hourly rate with you.
If, after being paid the current minimum wage, any income is remaining, this can be paid as a profit related bonus, or as normal PAYE pay. No fee is charged to you, and as a very minimum you will receive the rate you agreed with us less your standard Employee’s Tax and National Insurance.You’re made an Employee of our Company and we in turn provide your weekly payslips and send you a text message each Wednesday detailing your week’s payment. Your agency pays us each week your gross payment of which all the necessary deductions will be made. The remainder is then paid into your bank account each Friday.
Whilst being paid by Zeva PAYE+ we guarantee the following:-
- No Employee will be paid less than £5.80 and expenses will only be allowed after this has been paid.
- Stringent enforcement of HMRC expenses policies, you will not be paid un-receipted travel
allowances or other dodgy dispensations and schemes, which may lead to underpayment of tax,
and possible claims from HMRC for the unpaid amount. - Employees National Insurance is paid in full, and accordingly your full entitlement to pensions etc is not penalised.
- The rate we agree with you will not be subject to any fees, mandatory insurances, and is only subject to normal statutory deductions such as Tax and National Insurance. Just as a standard Employee.
- 28 days holiday per year will be available, to take as a holiday. This is paid at your rate agreed with us, and is on top of the weekly pay you receive.
- Statutory benefit entitlements such as SSP and Holiday Pay
- A weekly payslip, available to download via your online account
- All Tax handled at source
- Full Employee status and continuation of employment
