Agency Bulletin No. 4 : Zeva continues to invest
Even in these difficult times, Zeva continues to invest. One recent upgrade, going live in February, is the real time update to the Recommendations section. For a long time now agencies have been able to add new workers to the list and send them over to Zevaso we can sign them up straight away. With the upgrade, agencies will be able to see the progress of the workers through our system, in real time.
Obviously this is just the tip of the iceberg in the complete overhaul of our New Starters Process. Our new systems will reduce the time it takes to get a worker from agency recommend, through to him accepting our contract online.

Add Recommendation

Agencies can log on using their username and password at www.zeva.co.uk . As well as the usual invoice section which you may already be familiar with, we now have a Recommendation area (formerly New Starters). Click Add New Recommendation, and as a minimum, all we need from you is a name and mobile number. You can also add a short note, such as ‘ Don’t call before 5:00pm’, and a priority, 3 being normal, 2 high and 1 Highest priority. Add as many as you wish, (Don’t worry they won’t disappear, if you close the window and come back) and just click ‘Send to Zeva’ when you are done. By clicking ‘Recommendation’, you can now see they have been added to the list, and this also means they are now in our system, and we are ready to contact them

What Happens Next?

As soon as you recommend a worker over to us we will send him a welcome text, introducing ourselves and confirming we will call him very soon. We aim to call all workers within 5 minutes. You can check on process at any time, without the need to call us. In recommendations you can see how many times, and when we have texted or called each worker.

Phone Messages
The last three phone messages can be viewed here, along with time and date. At an instant you can see how we are performing, and how many times we have attempted to contact him

SMS Messages
If we can’t get hold of him on the phone we will usually text him. We understand that people are usually on site, or at work, and texting is a good way to communicate with busy workers

Send email Regarding Contractor
If you have any query or need to contact us about a contractor, just choose the email Icon which will pop open an email, with the worker as the subject. Just ask your question, and the email will be sent automatically to the correct department.

As soon as we register a worker, his status will change to Registered. All required documentation will then be raised automatically, and be available to view or print in Service Documentation. If you wish, we can set up an automatic email to advise you of any registration, along with all documentation.
